Will Vetprocure reflect my negotiated pricing and group purchasing organization discounts?
Yes! Once you link your supplier accounts, you’ll see your custom pricing, including any GPO discounts, just like you would on the supplier’s own website.
How does Vetprocure handle backordered or out-of-stock items?
You’ll see real-time stock availability from your suppliers. If an item is out of stock, you can quickly compare alternatives from other suppliers.
Can I place orders directly through Vetprocure, or do I need to use individual supplier websites?
VetProcure allows you to compare products and pricing in one place. When you’re ready to order, we direct you to the supplier’s website to complete your purchase.
Is there a cost associated with using Vetprocure?
No, VetProcure is completely free for veterinarians. We provide an independent platform to streamline your procurement process at no cost to your clinic.
Which suppliers are available on Vetprocure?
We partner with all major veterinary suppliers and continue adding more. Once you sign up, you can check if your preferred suppliers are available.
Can I order controlled substances and prescription medications through Vetprocure?
Yes, but you must have the proper credentials and supplier authorization. Orders for controlled substances follow the same regulations as they would on the supplier’s own platform.
How does Vetprocure compare prices across suppliers?
VetProcure pulls real-time pricing from your linked suppliers, allowing you to quickly compare costs and choose the best deal. Shipping and other fees may still apply based on the supplier’s terms.
Does Vetprocure integrate with my practice management software?
